As our market has shifted over the last few years, one main concern that most people have is regarding their home’s value. It’s one thing to be “in the know” about what’s happening in the market, but how it affects you and your own net worth is a little more…
Today as I sit down to write this commentary I am in my office with coffee in hand staring at too many graphs and charts that tell only the beginning of the story that will ultimately be the 2025 housing market. It’s always a question to ponder on which key point and…
It seems that each year when January arrives it feels just as wild as it did the last January… just like that and it’s another year gone by and we’re ready to start fresh. It’s the time for reflection about the previous 12 months and contemplation about the next 12…
As we come into the trailing days of the year and get prepared for 2025 (as crazy as that is to say), there are big questions about where the housing market might be headed in the new year.
For the last couple of years as I’ve written in my newsletter about supply & demand a lot of focus has been paid to the demand side of the equation. This is for good reason, of course, because the high interest rate environment has greatly affected buyers ability or…

A lot of market commentary over the past couple of years, including my own, has focused quite a bit on the rising interest rates, and for good reason. We’ve also talked extensively about the effect these higher rates have had on buyer demand and the market on the whole.
One of the most frequent questions I am asked other than “how’s the market” is, “should I get solar?” It’s an important question because it’s a large investment if you’re purchasing it and a large commitment if you’re leasing the solar.
