Paula Kolodziej
Paula started her Real Estate career in northern Illinois in 2012. With great support and leadership from her Illinois mentor and managing broker (Nancy Edwards at Elm Street Realtors ), in 2019 Paula expanded her knowledge and obtained her Arizona real estate license. A great addition to the Realty ONE Group in Goodyear-Arizona, Paula provides clients with exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction, she also brings greater efficiency to the analysis of property values and has extensive residential valuation experience and knowledge.
Prior to earning her real estate license, and after studying Graphic Design and Advertising at the College of Du-Page, Paula began working at Kohl's Department Stores from 2001-2011 as a Visual Supervisor and Remodel Coordinator. Paula maintained fixtures, graphics, mannequins, visual displays, lighting, signing, and merchandising directives throughout her home and neighboring district stores. Combining her strong graphic design and merchandising background, with her extensive customer service and residential valuation experience, Paula expresses a perfect blend. She also provides an unsurpassed choice for anyone ready to purchase or sell a home. Paula is bilingual in Polish and English and has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Born and raised in Krakow-Poland until the age of 11, she moved to Illinois with her mom and older sister. Paula is currently residing in Buckeye - Arizona, never letting go of the values instilled by her mother; respect, integrity, ethics, morality and professionalism. Paula is very passionate about animal rescue, and enjoys art, gem & mineral collecting, photography, classic movies, and spending time outdoors with her family and three dogs.
